This is the exciting part! Your custom design will be created and 3D rendered so that you have a clear preview of the completed build. This process typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note, custom designs projects start at $3400.
Following our initial phone call, a non-refundable retainer fee of $550 is required to reserve your place in the booking queue.
This fee of $550 will be applied towards your total invoice upon confirmation of your booking.
Complete the “Book Now” form & schedule a phone consultation. During the call we will discuss essential details like event location, date, event type, and budget. We will also discuss the overall vision, design, and style of the event and custom build.
The big day is here! The completed build will be delivered and installed at your desired location. Take lots of pictures, enjoy and tag us –@shindigsocial.
At this time your design will go into production with local fabricators. The production process usually spans 4 to 6 weeks.
One week prior to build completion, we'll touch base to finalize delivery details and the remaining 50% of your invoice will be collected.
Upon client approval, the Client Agreement will be sent over. In order to officially secure your booking with Shindig Social, the agreement will need to be signed and a 50% deposit will need to be paid.
